Currently, The Kiawah Island Club offers three categories of Membership. New Memberships, in any category, are limited in number and available only when purchasing a previously unsold homesite from Kiawah Island Real Estate. By purchasing a resale property from a current Club Member who’s offering his Membership with the sale, you may obtain Membership in a resigning Member’s category.
All Memberships are subject to application and approval.
