Tucked away on the second floor of The River Course Clubhouse, the Club's fitness center offers Members a quiet, convenient place to workout.  The center boasts state-of-the-art Keiser circuit training equipment including a variable resistance seated chest press, a seated abdominal machine, a 110° leg extension, a seated leg curl, and an arm curl.  Bicycles, treadmills, stair steppers, and elliptical cross-training machines enhance your fitness program's diversity.

The center is monitored by certified fitness professionals.  Physical trainer, Jay Majer is currently available Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm to acquaint Members with aspects of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility or at other times upon request for personal training.
